William S. Parrish
With 34 years of experience in construction management, William S. Parrish is a LEED Accredited Professional who serves as President & CEO of NobleStrategy, LLC, providing professional program and project management services to commercial/residential public and private clients.
For the past 17 years, William has also served as an adjunct professor at New York University, Schack Institute of Real Estate, teaching courses such as Operating and Managing a Construction Organization, Construction Safety Management, and Managing Construction in a Global Pandemic.
William started NobleStrategy as a one-man consultancy in 2002, while working full time. In 2005 he quit his day job and within a year had forged strategic partnerships and won several state agency contracts. His new motivational book Making Bold Moves: Creating Multimillion-Dollar Success in 500 Days or Less! details his remarkable success and is geared toward aspiring entrepreneurs, business owners, and industry executives.
